Recognizing the need for a values-oriented and innovative organization in the real estate industry, iAct Real Estate and Dev't Corp was organized on September 8, 2005 through the combined efforts of five real estate professionals formerly from Ayala Land Sales, Inc., who possess extensive knowledge and experience in the field of real estate.

The company is involved in the various disciplines of the real estate industry. These include the sales and marketing of real estate communities of respected developers as well as individual units that are ensured and screened by the company to be of high standards.

On our inventories are subdivision houses and lots, individual houses, townhouses, condominiums, buildings, warehouses, commercial lots, as well as new projects and developments within and outside Metro Manila.

Furthermore, I-act Real Estate and Development Corp. are also involved in the property management of prime real estate properties and establishing joint venture agreements between landowners and prospective developers.
